We continue to deliver your orders to most regions across Canada through UniUni, Intelcom, and Canpar.
Unfortunately, some remote areas and P.O. boxes remain serviced exclusively by Canada Post.
For held orders, we are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed as soon as we have updates, while actively exploring alternative solutions.

During regular periods*, standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.
During peak periods**, standard shipping can take 4 to 7 business days, while express shipping remains 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping and delivery of your orders are handled by Canada Post and Canpar. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its journey to your door!
*Delivery times may vary during peak periods or depending on the destination.
*Delivery to remote areas can take up to 15 business days.

Hors La Loi assumes the risk of loss for items ordered on horslaloi.com, from the moment the carrier takes possession of the goods, both for purchases and for merchandise returns by mail.
If the return instructions described in the Returns section are not followed, you will assume the risk of loss until we receive the package, at which point Hors la Loi will take ownership of the returned merchandise.

Returns are free and must be made within 30 days of the online purchase date.*
You can return items purchased online by mail. Simply follow the procedure included in your package.
Purchases made on horslaloi.com must be returned by mail, following the indicated procedure. They cannot be returned or exchanged at physical retail locations that carry the brand.
Exchanges are not offered for online purchases. However, you can return the item that doesn't fit and place a new order for the desired size or style.
*Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hors La Loi covers the cost of return shipping across Canada for all online orders.
To return an item for free, just follow these simple steps:
- Go to our online return portal.
- Enter your order number and postal code to access your return options.
- Select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label or a QR code.
- Carefully package your items. You can either stick the label on your parcel or show the QR code at a Canada Post counter.
- Drop off your parcel at any Canada Post service point.

To return merchandise, you must have your order number and ensure that all tags remain attached to the clothing. Items must not have been modified, worn, or washed.
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Discounted or clearance items with a total discount of 50% or more off the regular price cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For hygiene reasons*, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
• Men's or women's underwear (panties, bras, boxers, and briefs)
• Men's or women's socks
*Swimsuits can be returned for an online refund.

To make gift shopping easier online, we have decided to extend the return and exchange period.
Exceptionally for the holiday season, any purchase made from October 14, 2024, can be returned for a refund until January 11, 2025.
General Conditions :
All purchases remain subject to our customer service policy: items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags. Underwear remains final sale.
