1. The contest “2 VIP Skijoring passes, RADICAL after party and $300 Hors La Loi promo code” is organized by Spark Factory. (hereinafter the “Contest Organizer”). It runs from April 7, 2026 at 10 a.m. (ET) to April 10, 2026 at 2 p.m. (ET) (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. This contest is open to any person aged 18 and over residing in Quebec at the time of the contest.
Any participant who has not reached the age of majority may enter the contest, provided that the parent or legal guardian of said participant authorizes them and agrees to comply with these Rules (said parent or legal guardian must, among other things, agree to sign the declaration and liability release and accept the prize on behalf of said minor participant if they are declared a Winner).
3. Employees, agents and representatives of Spark Factory stores and franchisees, their subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, participating merchants, prize suppliers, materials and service providers related to this contest, and any other party directly involved in the administration of this contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse, and all persons with whom such employees, representatives and agents are domiciled, are not eligible. By entering the contest, participants (and their parent or guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these official rules.

4. Participants must meet the entry requirements as indicated in the Instagram and Facebook post.
5. Participants receive one additional entry by following the Hors La Loi Instagram and TikTok accounts.
PRIZE
6. 2 VIP passes to the Skijoring event, the RADICAL after party and a $300 Hors La Loi promo code. The prize will be awarded as follows:
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all persons who have liked and saved the post, followed the pages @horslaloi1988 and @skijoringradical, and tagged as many friends as they wish in the comments.
7. The following conditions apply to the prize:
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
DRAW
8. The random draw will take place at the Spark Factory head office on April 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (ET). If one or more selected entries do not meet all the conditions set out in these rules, the entries of the selected persons will be disqualified and a new draw will be conducted in accordance with these rules, until participants are selected and declared winners.
9. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
10. To be declared a winner, any selected person must:
a) be selected in the random draw in accordance with paragraph 8.
b) respond within a maximum of five (5) business days following receipt of the message sent by Spark Factory to confirm acceptance of the prize.
c) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
d) sign the declaration and liability release form (hereinafter the “Declaration Form”) that will be sent by email and return it to the Contest Organizer no later than three (3) days following its receipt. If a selected winner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must sign the form before receiving the prize. Upon receipt of the signed form from the parent or legal guardian of the selected winner, the Contest Organizer will consider the latter as the winner (hereinafter the “Winner”), and the parent or legal guardian may claim the prize on behalf of said Winner.
11. Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition set out in these rules will result in the selected person’s entry being disqualified and a new draw for the prize will be conducted in accordance with these rules, until a participant is selected and declared a winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
12. Verification. Entries are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be automatically rejected and will not entitle the entrant to a prize.
13. Non-compliant entry. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person or cancel one or more entries of any person participating or attempting to participate in this contest by means contrary to these rules. Such person may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.
14. Acceptance of prize. Any prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, subject to the paragraph below.
15. Prize substitution. In the event that, for reasons beyond the control of the winner, the Contest Organizer cannot award a prize (or portion thereof) as described in these rules, it undertakes to award a prize (or portion thereof) of similar nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize (or portion thereof) indicated in the rules.
16. Refusal to accept a prize. The refusal of a selected person to accept a prize in accordance with these rules releases the Contest Organizer from any obligation related to that prize toward that person.
17. Liability limitation – use of prize. Any winner releases Spark Factory stores and franchisees, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, agents and representatives from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of accepting or using the prize. To be declared a winner and prior to receiving the prize, any selected person agrees to sign, if required, a declaration form to this effect.
18. Liability limitation – conduct of contest. Spark Factory stores and franchisees and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, agents and representatives disclaim any liability for the malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, for any faulty, incomplete, unintelligible or erased transmission by any computer or network that may limit or prevent any person from participating in the contest. They also disclaim any liability for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or form or by the transmission of any information related to participation in the contest.
19. Modification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, in the event of any occurrence, error or human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest as provided in these rules. In all cases, the Contest Organizer, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, product or service providers related to this contest, as well as its employees, agents and representatives, may not be required to award more prizes than those indicated in these rules or to award prizes otherwise than in accordance with these rules.
20. Inability to act – labour dispute. Spark Factory stores and franchisees and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, agents and representatives assume no liability whatsoever in cases where their inability to act results from a situation beyond their control or from a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute in their establishment or in the establishments of organizations or businesses whose services are used for the conduct of this contest.
21. Liability limitation – participation. By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, any person releases the Contest Organizer, its affiliated companies, advertising and/or promotional agencies, employees, agents and representatives from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the contest.
22. Authorization. By participating in this contest, any winner authorizes the Contest Organizer, its partners, representatives and prize suppliers to use, if required, their name, photograph and likeness, at their discretion and without limitation as to the period of use, in any media worldwide, for advertising purposes or any other purpose deemed appropriate.
23. Communication with participants. No communication or correspondence will be made with participants in connection with this contest, except with selected persons for a prize or those who have chosen to subscribe to the newsletter.
24. Decisions of the Contest Organizer. Any decision of the Contest Organizer or its representatives relating to this contest is final and without appeal, subject to any decision by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec regarding matters within its jurisdiction.
25. Dispute. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
26. Identification of participant. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose contact information is provided during the message exchange. This person is the one to whom the prize will be awarded if they are selected and declared the winner.

ELIGIBILITY
2. This contest is open to anyone aged 18 and over and residing in Quebec at the time of the contest.

CLAIM FOR THE PRIZE
10. In order to be declared the winner, any selected person must:
a) have correctly completed the participation form, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5.
b) be drawn at random according to the details in accordance with paragraph 4;
c) Respond within a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the message sent by Groupe JNC 1944 inc. to confirm acceptance of the price.
d) answer the mathematical skill question;
e) sign the declaration and release form (hereinafter the “Declaration Form”) that will be sent to them by email and return it to the contest organizer no later than three (3) days after receiving it. If a selected winner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must sign the form before receiving the Prize. Upon receipt of the form signed by the parent or legal guardian of the selected winner, the contest organizer will consider the winner (hereinafter the “Winner”) and the parent or legal guardian may claim the prize on behalf of the Winner.
11. If any of the conditions mentioned in the paragraph above or any other condition provided for in these rules of participation is not met, the participation of the selected person will be cancelled and a new draw for the prize will be carried out in accordance with these rules, until the participant is selected and declared the winner.

18. Limitation of Liability – Contest Operation. Sparks Factory stores and franchisees, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, agents, and representatives are not liable for any malfunction of any computer component, software, or communication line, or for any faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or deleted transmission by any computer or network, which may limit or prevent any person from participating in the contest. Sparks Factory stores and franchisees, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, agents, and representatives are also not liable for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by downloading any software or form and by transmitting any information related to contest participation.
19. Modification. The contest organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, should any event, error, or human intervention occur that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest as outlined in these rules. Sparks Factory stores and franchisees, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, agents and representatives will not assume any liability whatsoever in any case where their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control or from a strike, lockout or any other labor dispute at their establishment or at the establishments of organizations or companies whose services are used for the conduct of this contest.

24. Decisions of the contest organizer. All decisions of the contest organizer or its representatives relating to this contest are final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec relating to any matter within its jurisdiction.
25. Dispute. A dispute concerning the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (Liquor, Racing and Gaming Authority) for a ruling. A dispute concerning the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of mediation.
26. Participant Identification. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose contact information is provided during the telephone call. This is the person to whom the prize will be awarded if they are selected and declared the winner.

1. The “Your Hors La Loi Moment” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by Groupe Sparks Factory Inc. (hereinafter the “Contest Organizer”).
The Contest runs from October 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (ET) to November 10, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (ET) (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
- The Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 and over who reside in Quebec or Ontario at the time of entry.
- Employees, agents, and representatives of the Hors La Loi brand, as well as its franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, partners, participating retailers, prize suppliers, material and service providers related to the Contest, and members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, parents), legal or common-law spouse, or any person residing with such employees, representatives, or agents, are not eligible to participate. By entering the Contest, participants (or their parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules.
Any participant who has not reached the age of majority may participate in the Contest only if their parent or legal guardian authorizes the participation and agrees to be bound by these Rules. The parent or legal guardian must also agree to sign the declaration and release form and accept the prize on behalf of the minor if the minor is declared a Winner.
HOW TO ENTER

- Capture your Hors La Loi moment: Take a photo or video showcasing your style OR your “Hors La Loi moment.”
- Share it on social media: Post your content on Instagram or Facebook (your account must be public), tag @HorsLaLoi1988, and use the hashtag #MomentsHorsLaLoi.
- Complete the entry form provided in the official contest post.
The “Hors La Loi moment” submitted as part of the Contest must remain symbolic and creative. Entries must not include, depict, or encourage any illegal, dangerous, offensive, or unlawful act. Any entry that violates these conditions will be automatically disqualified.
PRIZE
- The prize consists of:
- One (1) vintage Hors La Loi sticker.
- A promo code to shop the Hors La Loi brand worth $500 before taxes, along with a vintage brand sticker.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash.
DRAW
- The prize draw will take place on November 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (ET). The selected winner will be contacted directly by email and/or private message. If one or more drawn entries fail to meet all conditions of these Rules, those entries will be disqualified and a new draw will be conducted, in accordance with these Rules, until a valid winner is declared.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in compliance with sections 2, 3, and 4.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
- To be declared the winner, the selected participant must: a) Have complied with all eligibility and participation requirements set forth in sections 2, 3, and 4; b) Be selected during the draw; c) Sign the Declaration and Liability Release Form (the “Declaration Form”) sent by email and return it to the Contest Organizer within three (3) days of receipt.
If a selected winner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must sign the form before the prize can be awarded. Upon receipt of the signed form, the Contest Organizer will consider the minor as the official Winner, and the parent or legal guardian will claim the prize on their behalf.

They are also not responsible for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by downloading any software or form or by the transmission of any information related to Contest participation.

- Authorization. By participating in this Contest, each Winner authorizes the Contest Organizer, its partners, representatives, and prize suppliers to use the content created for the Contest (videos, photographs), at their discretion and without limitation as to time, in any media worldwide, for advertising or other promotional purposes deemed appropriate.
- Communication with participants. Except for initial confirmation of registration, no correspondence will be sent to participants except those selected as prize winners. Participants may, however, choose to subscribe to the Hors La Loi newsletter at the time of entry. Those who voluntarily opt in may receive additional communications such as promotional offers and updates unrelated to the Contest.
- Decisions of the Contest Organizer. All decisions made by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this Contest are final and binding, subject to any decision by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec on matters within its jurisdiction.
- Dispute. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any dispute concerning the awarding of a prize may also be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of helping to resolve the issue.
- Participant identification. For the purpose of these Rules, the participant is the person whose contact information is provided during entry. That person will be considered the Winner if selected.
- UGC License Clause. By submitting a photo, the participant confirms that they are the copyright holder of the image and grants the Hors La Loi brand a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the photo for promotional and advertising purposes, in any media, for a period of three (3) years. The participant also authorizes the use of their name and surname associated with the photo, if necessary.
